Owned this for 10 years from 2013 to 2023

Sad to see it go, but was getting used less and wanted to get some different machines in the garage

Bike was, and remained, in excellent condition and was a pleasure to ride

The bike ran like a swiss watch and never let me down in all the time I own it

The only niggle was a slight warp to one of the discs so I swapped out for new EBC replacement units up front

Low seat height makes it feel small for a 1000 and it's very maneuverable

Still sporting the standard gold exhausts as they look the part on an Orange bike

and sound good so doesn't seem to need aftermarket units

Usual upgrades to EBC pads all round, fully Sync oil changed frequently and always run on BP Ultimate or similar 0% of low % ethanol so as to avoid the issues that stuff causes

Always fired up straight away, rode superbly either around town or out on the twisties

Great all rounder with 127hp on a chassis weighing 198kgs
